FabConnectHer Erasmus+ Project ends

FabConnectHer: Supporting Women in Innovation

The Erasmus+ project FabConnectHer has brought together women across Europe to learn and grow in the fields of digital fabrication and entrepreneurship. Through workshops, networking, and practical experience in Fab Labs, the project has helped participants build new skills and confidence.

FabConnectHer focused on creating support materials, especially for mentors to support girls and women in STEAM. Many fun and informative workshops were held and materials were used that we had not used before in our Fab Lab, such as laser cutting flattened bottle caps to make earrings.

Thanks to the dedication of project partners, mentors and especially the amazing participants who made this journey unforgettable, FabConnectHer has created a space for women to connect, share ideas, and explore opportunities in STEM and innovation.

We’re proud to have taken part of and seen how the project has made a positive impact and helped open doors for women in these fields.
